Register for meals on the NSVPA website through Acteva.
OPTION #2
Paying with checks, cash, or money orders ~
- First, please complete the Meal Registration Form.
- We accept checks, cash, or money orders.
- Please make your checks & money orders payable to Alex Comer.
- Mail your meal payment no later than June 11th to:

All meal registrations received after June 11th will need to register for meals by credit card through
the Midsummer 2008 website since there is no postal service
guarantee that we will receive it in the mail before we travel to the event. We will guarantee you a meal using our on-line
form only if you register by June 11th.
- Once at the event you may of course still inquire before the meal, sign
up, and pay for meals provided there is enough food for the prepaid customers.
